The aesthetics have a neutral colour palette with a whimsical twist, conservative enough for your living environment but playful enough to remind you of your inner child.

Designed for a good friend with an insatiable sweet tooth, this solid walnut centerpiece displays any top three favorites. While perfect for little pieces of sugary heaven it’s useful character doesn’t stop with candy: olives, nuts, or even writing utensils could comfortably live here.

Materials: Shelf – Baltic Birch plywood with walnut veneer face and mineral oil finish. Solid aluminum pegs (1 anodized peg – red), with steel mounting rods.

Elev10 is inspired by Canada’s diversity as a nation. Its overall form mimics the perceived elevation profile of our 10 provincial capitals.

The users experience is enhanced through the movable pegs. The user can select which city they want to represent, by placing the red peg on their desired city.

Elev10 is an entryway system for the home. Its compact design hangs and stores many articles from jackets, helmets, scarves, or hats and the efficient use of a shallow shelf for wallets, keys, cell phone, or temporary placement of a travel mug.

The Scandinavian owner wanted a bathroom with similar characteristics of a bathroom from her home country Sweden. The primary focus was on light, both natural and artificial. The focus on brightness is apparent through the use of a bright-neutral colour palette. The small space needed to feel larger and the use of white walls, large mirrors, and lightwood visually increases its size. The layering of lights creates a warm ambiance for relaxation, or a bright environment when needed. The contrasting counter top and floors help balance the brightness of the space.

Nostalgia KeepSake Box was created for my wife for our wedding day.

She and I have always kept meaningful momentos of past experiences in a shoebox; these momentos range from concert tickets to toys.

On our wedding day I wanted to present her with a new, simplistic, and sustainably conscious design that reflects who I am to encapsulate many of our memorable experiences.
